I have just been looking around on the provincial education websites and have found some info on the "Green Schools" innitiative. There are links to climate change lesson plans, short videos about teachers who are making a difference and doing things like implementing composting programs, releasing salmon fry into local rivers, making 100 mile meals in home ec class etc etc etc. Lots of great ideas, home I can work some of them into my practicum!
